| Need to make a service appointment? We've been scheduling customers for some time now, and it's working out better than expected. Call in, and we'll get a time locked in that works for you Or, you can still bring your machine in on a first come - first serve basis if that works better for you, and we'll get you scheduled in on the spot. In trouble and need us to pick your machine up? No problem, call us and we'll make arrangements to get your machine to our service department! No one is more demanding of good service than we are! We understand that the most amazing riding opportunities in Central New York can appear in the blink of an eye, and you don't want your machine stuck in a service department when that happens! We strive to get your machine serviced quickly and correctly on the first visit. In the event that we don't have the parts you need in stock, we order every day from our suppliers - and will get your parts as quickly as possible. | | We're Here Monday Thru Saturday! |
| Our service department is open 6 days a week, and staffed by some of the most talented and committed technicians you will ever meet. Of course they are certified by Polaris, Kawasaki, and Yamaha - would you have anyone else work on your machine? But what really sets these guys apart is that they are demanding and fussy people... the work area is clean, your parts are labeled, and their tools and equipment are the best in the business. | Need help in an Emergency? |
| We understand that bad things can happen at the worse possible times. If you are traveling thru the Syracuse area, or you have a weekend ride that you've been planning for months... let us know. Now, we're not in the habit of dropping other people's work because you forgot to plan ahead, but if something really breaks last minute we'll do whatever we can to get you back on the road or trail and not ruin your trip. |
| You don't ride a Polaris, Yamaha, or Kawasaki? |
| In many instances, we've got you covered. For basic service, we have the lubes and filters that meet OEM approvals. Need tires.. no problem. Brakes, plugs, or a tune up... we can accommodate. If your machine is in need of major mechanical repair, or electronic diagnostics that can only be performed with certain tools or equipment that we don't have, we'll let you know (gently) and recommend a local dealer that has the OEM tools needed. |
